Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
To ensure package arrival to customer, orders containing a backpack will require a signature upon delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping addresses. If orders are undelivered and are returned to us, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
An email will be sent when the order is shipped containing the courier and tracking number.
Please allow up to 2 days for your tracking number to process and update.

If the item you want to return is purchased directly from our online store and you are not satisfied for any reason,
please contact us as soon as possible.
Unused items in their original condition with original tags and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date with approval number obtained by contacting us.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
In the event that the item is clearly defective, we will cover shipping to exchange the defective item.
