We try our best to ship out as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days with USPS.

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military Bases.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping addresses. If orders are undelivered and are returned to us, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs. 


At the moment, we are only shipping to Canada. We will soon ship to more countries.


Our shipping rate does not cover additional duties and taxes that are required at package pickup. It is the buyer's responsibility for pay for these fees. Please check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before place your order.



An email will be sent when the order is shipped containing the courier and tracking number.

Please allow up to 2 days for your tracking number to process and update.


If the item you want to return is purchased directly from our online store and you are not satisfied for any reason,
please contact us as soon as possible. 

Unused items in their original condition with original tags and packaging may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of ship date with approval number obtained by contacting us.


It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
In the event that the item is clearly defective, it will be exchanged at our cost.
